By accessing or using DateRaiser, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Description of Service

DateRaiser is a digital calendar fundraising platform. Organizers create fundraisers, invite participants, and supporters may purchase dates to support a cause. Features and availability may change over time.

Platform Fee

DateRaiser charges a 10% platform fee on all funds raised. This fee is deducted from the organizer payout.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. DateRaiser is not responsible for payment disputes between users and payment networks; those matters are subject to Stripe's policies and applicable law.

Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for their fundraiser content and for participant management, including accuracy of information presented to supporters.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use DateRaiser for fraudulent fundraisers, misrepresentation, or any activity that violates applicable law or these terms.

Payouts

Payouts are initiated manually within 5 business days of fundraiser close, subject to verification and applicable processing requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DateRaiser is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited as permitted by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DateRaiser after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
